Comments:
i have always found snowboard clothing to be more functional and comfortable than ski clothing as a long time expert skiier. even the helmets. bonfire is a textbook example of why and this down "snowboard" jacket i bought for everyday use in suburban nyc is no exception. i wear thier pants on the hill and the down jacket wil make it up there im sure. bonfire kills burton. volkom comes in at a not-too-distant second, they are good too. this jacket cost about a third of my cloudveil which is sufficent but nothing like a bonfire. bonfire feels like u r wearing pajamas and all the gaitors and seals and everything (pokets, skirts)the offset zipper...are miles above the rest. everything is just right.
