I'm between a Medium and a Large...Medium is snug, but fits fairly well, other than being just a touch short in the front.
By JB from Cambridge, MA on 08/06/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Good Pockets and Features, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Just starting out road biking and needed a jersey for an upcoming sprint triathlon. This fits the bill perfectly. I wear Merino wool as a base layer for everything from yoga to skiing, and it works for bike jersey's too. It has a snug fit with a solid elastic on the hem and is also very breathable. Good as a warm weather stand alone, and in the fall it will be ideal under a layer.

Pockets are deep and strong. If you like wool, I have no problems wearing this on the hot days or layering with it on colder days. Not Ibex's lightest fabric.
