By Gail of Iowa from Iowa on 11/10/2009 Cons: Cheap Material, Not Warm, Uncomfortable Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I had read the reviews stating this nightgown ran small, so I ordered a 3X. It was a good 12 inches smaller than another 2X nightgown that I had ordered, which fit me. I think the 3x would fit a 1x or less.
The material is thin and a little transparent and the cut is straight down to almost my ankle with no slits for walking.
Needless to say, this item got a prompt return.
TOO SMALL, SIZE 3X WAS = TO MOST LARGE By B from TENNESSEE on 10/21/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: SIZE IS NOT VALID
By Kathy Never Pay Retail from Edwardsville IL on 09/28/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I always wear a 2XL nightgown. This time, to be safe, I ordered a 3XL because of the material. This gown is so small I will not be able to wear it-such a shame-it is a nice gown but will not fit any plus sized woman I know! STP-my favorite nightgowns are all from you, until now!

just the thing for hot-and-cold nights By PaisleyPup from the Mother Lode, Northern California on 09/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Soft, Washes Well, Well Made Best Uses: Cool Nights, Lounging, Sleeping, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I already own two of the long-sleeved version of this gown, and was happy to see a short-sleeved version. They really do wick moisture away from the skin, handy for menopause, or when running a fever, or just during those transitional days when you can't make up your mind how many blankets or duvets you want on you. My only concern is that they do run a little small around the belly/hips.
