Comments:
I really like the mid-blue color because it won't get dirty quickly. Durable, easy wash-and-wear with light amounts of reflective piping on jacket. Very nice, versatile windbreaker. No compression or snug fit here (thankfully) a normal fitting bicycling garment for the average size woman!

A steal at this price! I just love the zip-off sleeves, which can just be unzipped a bit for ventilation or all the way to create a vest. You can just stuff the sleeves inside the back pocket.

Like Men's Sizing
By Vita from Santa Cruz, CA on 07/12/2009
Pros:
Good Pockets and Features
Cons:
Poor Fit
Best Uses:
Road biking
Describe Yourself:
Avid Cyclist
Sizing:
Feels half size too small
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
The sizing on this jacket was more like men's sizing. I usually wear a medium or large. I bougth this jacket in large. The shoulders were large, the sleeves were long, and the hip was too tight. I had to return it. Too bad, because I liked the design and features.

Have been looking at jackets for awhile and this one finally won out due to all the great features...converts to a vest, large rear storage pocket, front storage pockets, packs into itself and can be worn around waist. The fit is terrific, no flapping in the wind due to streamlined design. Excellent on it's own..but great price makes it a steal!

Comments:
I bought this jacket earlier in the spring and I liked it so much that I ordered my 2nd jacket in another color. There are a lot of good features in this jacket and I couldn't believe the price! I can't always find a lightweight breathable jacket that has double zippers as this one does, plus it has zip-off sleeves! It's great for bicycling because it's longer in the back. I recently wore this jacket while completing a walking marathon. This jacket is multi-functional! It's not waterproof, but does repel water. I'm very happy with this jacket!

Comments:
I am a freak about temperature control when I ride. I have to be exactly comfortable, not too cold, not too hot or sweaty. This jacket helps me get there. I start off on a day-long ride in the morning with a full jacket, unzipped when I climb hills; switch to vest as the day warms up, and then fold it into its handy little stuff sack and wrap it around my waist to finish the ride. It's so light I don't even notice I'm carrying it. Good pockets all with zips. Extra long back hem that doesn't ride up when you're hunched over your handlebars. Fitted shape that doesn't flap in the wind. Good wind-resistance and I haven't been (un)fortunate enough to test the water-repellency yet.

This has been the perfect cycling jacket. We live on a hill, so the morning wind chill on the ride down is covered. The removable sleeves and 2 way front zipper are great for the ride back up. I love how it has 2 side pockets and a large back pocket for holding items or folding into its own little packet. It has done well in the rain too. I also feel that the bright color and reflective strips make me more visible to motorists.
