Great value in a stylish boot By Garden Nancy from CT USA on 11/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Stable, Well Made Cons: A tight squeeze to put on Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The green & brown boot is really pretty and looks way more expensive than what I paid. The fit is excellent once I got the boot past my moderately high instep. I can see this will get easier over time but have a long shoe horn handy if you have a high instep. The boots fit great with no slippage in the heel, and are true to size.
By BAC from Upstate, New York on 10/30/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry/Exit Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I loved these boots and really wanted them to work! However, the leg shaft was too tight for my calf, which was disappointing. I do have muscular calves, so this might be an individualized thing! Another disappointment was the soles. I was hoping to wear these at different times throughout the winter, but when I tried them on, I was slipping on the carpet in my home. Obviously not something suitable for any kind of possible ice or snow. Cute boots for summertime for people with average or smaller calves!
By Mrs C from Ct on 10/30/2009 Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters, Too Stiff Describe Yourself: Stylish, Trendy Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: these boots got many compliments and they really are stunning but seam between suede and leather is very stiff and caused me pain and blisters.
By Tenderfoot from Northern California on 10/30/2009 Cons: too narrow, Too Stiff Best Uses: Couldn't use them Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, High-end shopper, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The leather of these lovely looking boots is so stiff that it felt like they were made of plywood. I ordered this in 2 sizes, to have a larger size to try just in case, and I couldn't get my foot into either one. They looked so pretty and felt so terrible, I returned them immediately.
By megos from wi on 10/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Durable, Stylish, Well Made Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are beautiful boots for dress. come up nice and high on the calf and the light green/dark brown/floral combo goes well together. Rounded toe is comfortable.
By McHillberry from Frisco, TX on 10/25/2009 Pros: Cute, Durable, Stable, Stylish, Well Made Cons: Too Stiff, Uncomfortable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I could not wear these in the 8.5's or 9's because I have a high arch and a bone spur on the top of my foot. At least that is what I am assuming. These are beautiful boots and I wanted to keep them very badly, but I could not pull the smaller size on because of my foot and the 9's seemed too big or rather just right but my foot is usually a 8.5 in dress type shoes. I am giving up on pull on high top boots because of my right foot.
This is a very beautiful boot By Lily from Kingman, AZ on 10/12/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry/Exit Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Office Describe Yourself: Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This boot is very lovely with the embroidery on the boot shaft. The moss green boot was even prettier than it is pictured.
The boot is a bit narrow however and I had a problem getting my foot past the throat. Otherwise I would recommend this boot to anyone providing they have a narrow foot.
