Works fine. Lasts a long time? By New Mexico Mark from Western NC on 10/05/2009 Pros: Durable, Easy to Transport, Lightweight Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Extended Travel Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got this (medium) compression sack for my new Campmor 0 Deg. down sleeping bag (which came with storage and stuff sacks, but not a compression sack). This sack works just fine, compressing the large bag to about 8" x 11".
The sack seems to be built very well and I anticipate it will last a long time. I have yet to be disappointed with Granite Gear design or quality.

By bendecida from Cincinnati, OH on 07/16/2009 Pros: Compact, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm very happy with this purchase. It easily fits my sleeping bag and prolite sleeping pad and compacts it down into the very small lower compartment of my pack with room to spare. I'm sure I could add some clothing as well. Not tested yet, but seems fairly waterproof... definitely water resistant. Very lightweight and made well, I expect it to get a lot of use and last a long time.
