By daily spin from cincinnati, OH on 11/07/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I have another pair of Canari bike shorts and they are so much more comfortable. This pair has very little padding compared to the last pair.

By Sequoia from St. Louis MO on 10/13/2009 Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: My bad...I should have read product description more closely. I thought these were nylon/lycra, basic shorts. I was suprised to find 92% cotton. I guess there's a more impractical material for cycling, but I don't know what that would be. VERY light, Tri-like pad. I am using them under tights when I run in cool, dry weather. Perfect as a liner...
Comfortable everyday shorts By Batmick from Carlsbad, CA on 10/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Quickly Best Uses: Cold Weather, Road Biking Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought these as everyday shorts for my daily commute (18 miles one way) in the cooler season. The cotton mix feels very nice and the shorts are quite comfortable. A tad warmer than the regular spandex shorts I wear throughout summer. The padding is definitely thinner than in most shorts but for me that is a feature not a bug.
I know that sizing for bike shorts is always hit or miss. These run a little big in the waist but feel right in the legs. I am tempted to send back one pair to try the next size down.
But in terms of value these are hard to beat so no regrets.
Comfortable, more padding would be nice. By Bart from Louisville, KY on 10/08/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I commute daily 15 miles both ways and take long rides on the weekends. These shorts work well for this. The chamoise is minimal. They do work well as a first layer.
By Mtnbikerguy from Rancho Cucamonga, CA on 09/14/2009 Pros: Breathable, Good Padding, Great Fit Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: What can I say, It makes my butt less sore than riding without them? lol
All in all a good product that I'd definitely recommend.
