Waist doesn't feel right. Order two sizes larger.

I will shorten the legs about 3" to make them look more like capri than crop pants (I'm 5'9").

Don't know who designed these but they forgot to allow for someone with an hourglass shape..not enough room in the hips! Loved the style..too bad they weren't as good in person as they were in the pics.
