It can be dressed up for the holidays with a dressier blouse or sweater and fancier shoes. The only problem I have is the slits on the sides. They are about 5 inches too high for me. Once these are sewn up a bit I think I will really enjoy the skirt. It is different from what is in the stores here and has beautiful shades of browns against the black background.

I really didn't like how straight it was. I guess I like skirts with a little more movement. Also I didn't think the design was as pretty in person. Others may love it, but it wasn't right for me.
