By jeri from ND on 11/12/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Versatile Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This shoe fits great except it doens't have the cushioned insole that my other Seibel shoes have. I should have read the shoe description better before I ordered them. I didn't know Seibel shoes had different insoles.
By Nature girl from Chico, CA on 11/10/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Style Driven Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am very active and need a shoe that looks good and wears well throughout the day. So far, they are great. It is a scrunch tight in the toe so I compensate with thinner socks and it works fine. I especially like the stylish design and top-stitching. I can wear them with jeans or slacks allowing me style and versatility.
Thinking about a second pair..... By Mich from Lexington, KY on 11/09/2009 Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought a pair of sandals of the same style as these and loved them. When I saw the shoes, I wondered if they'd be as great and I think that they are. With the sandals of a similar style, I had wished I had bought a second pair before they disappeared (it's very hard for me to find closed toe sandals that I can wear to work) so I'll likely be buying another pair of these to wear when these wear out.
Comfortable, stylish shoes By Hiker girl from Seattle on 11/07/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Handsome styling, Versatile Cons: Little Arch support, Slightly stiff Best Uses: Casual Wear, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I now have 4 pairs of Josef Seibel shoes that I wear for work and dress - they work for anything but the most formal occasions. I like their combination of comfort, quality, and style. These are no exception, and I particularly like their slightly edgy styling - they catch your eye while still looking classic. I bought the brandy color and it is a strong color but rich and pleasing. My only quibbles are that this shoe is not quite at the "super comfort" level as my other Seibels - the leather is slightly stiffer, there isn't much arch support, and the fit is slightly snugger though still true to size. They'll fit best with lightweight socks. Plenty comfortable for daily wear - but probably not a shoe I would choose for frequent walking (i.e., an extended trip).

I have to have stable shoes that feel secure and give me stability. These do it. I love the quality for the price they are truly a buy.
Beautiful leather, and comfortable. By MK from Craig, CO on 10/18/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Lovely, well-made shoes, gorgeous leather. My only difficulty was getting a fit. My regular size was a little too short; I ordered the next size up, and it's a little too big. So I wear thicker socks. They're worth it!

By Comfort gal from San Francisco, CA on 10/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Great price leather shoe Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Seibel shoes are great, made well. But follow the Sierra T. Post size guide for equivalent size - I bought a pair of boots last year and they are actually a little small because I bought my European size 38. Actually the 39 in this shoe is my size, which Sierra sized as equal to the US 8.

It is hard to find a shoe that is flat, comfortable and attractive. This is all of those and well-made as well.
