By Julie from Annapolis, Maryland on 10/31/2009 Pros: Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit, Not Comfortable Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered my normal size and they are a little small. Well made, good looking, but they are a little hard. Taking out the insert and putting in a gel footbed or something would likely take care of the hardness, but because they are just too short I will have to return them. :(
By Nikoleta from Belmont, MA on 10/30/2009 Pros: Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit, Not Comfortable Best Uses: Slippery Terrain, Snow Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I haven't used them yet. They seem very warm, but not very comfortable to walk with. I'll keep them though, because they seem to be of great quality and great to walk on snow and ice.
By janedoe from TX on 10/30/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love the style of these boots. I haven't got to try them in really cold weather or wet weather, but looking forward to testing them out in CO. The sizes do run a bit big. I got half a size bigger to allow thick socks and I'm thinking of returning them and going with my usual size.
By Bargain shopper from Carthage, MO on 10/29/2009 Cons: Bulky, Heavy, Not Comfortable Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have not worn these boots yet, but have tried them on, so I am rating them based on that. They are very stiff and somewhat heavy. I think I will be ready to get them off when I do wear them for a full day. The upside is that they look very cute on my feet. So I will give up comfort for style. Us women do that alot. :)
By the stylish wanna be from Lafayette, CO on 10/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Work casual outdoor wear Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love these boots. Have yet to wear them outside, but I bought them to have some fun boots for casual wear since I don't always want to wear my hiking style boots for work, going to the store or out. Both my mom and I got them, she loves hers as well. Will look great with tights and skirts. I don't have skinny jeans or leggings like my mom so may have to stick to skirts since there isn't much room for extra pant legs, etc. Very comfy. we bought half size larger like recommended by most people. I usually wear anywhere from a 7-8 depending on brand/style. Got 7.5 and am happy with fit (regular sock not thick wool). My mom is a 6-6.5, she got a 7 and says it's just right.
By NotInBHanymore from Montana on 10/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I live in a very harsh climate in the mountains of Montana. I wanted boots that had traction for the snow/ice and warm for when I wanted to go out for a long walk. Today I wore them taking pictures of the new snow and they were so comfortable and warm. Thinking of ordering another color.
