By P from Alexandria on 06/26/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Flexible, Helps spine, Lightweight Best Uses: Endurance Training, Everyday wear, Pavement, Walking Describe Yourself: Rarely Workout Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have worn these for the last 4 years. I had surgery for a ruptured disc at the bottom of my spine. These almost make up for the missing disc. I use them to work out on elliptical machine. I also wear them if I will be walking very much - even to buy food or to the mall. I think they would be helpful to anyone who just needs a little extra energy.
