Perfect for the kid who's always too hot By Saltedbreeze from Vashon Island, WA on 04/10/2008 Pros: Breathable, Good Fit, Lightweight, Versatile Best Uses: Wet Weather, Windy Days Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the most used jacket in my daughter's wardrobe. This is her second one, the first one lasted 2 years. We keep it in her backpack or the car so she can always have something to put on. Great for springs unpredictable weather. (Especially in Seattle area)
Not a super warm outer layer, but a super convenient one. We like if for cooler summer mornings, too. Super easy to store and takes up next to no space. You can clip its storage bag right on a pant loop for quick access, too. Great for hikes, beach, everywhere.
By bananna from alexandria, va on 03/19/2008 Pros: Compact, Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Humid Weather, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The XS size fits well on our 5-year old daughter who typically wears clothing size 5T. A smaller version of the adult microlight jackets. Stuffs in to it's included sack easily. Great for taking out when you're unsure of the weather, or to keep in the car just-in-case.
