By Mom of 2 from Laurel, MD on 07/01/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these pants for my 15 year old son, who has just started his first job in the Fish & Wildlife Service Youth Conservation Corps. He has been working outside in all types of conditions, and these pants have been everything we could have hoped. They are comfortable, they wash up easily and dry quickly. We bought nearly a dozen different pairs of pants from both STP and other retailers, some were much more expensive, and none fit like these pants.
My son works on a crew of 12, and he is the only crew member who has not had a tick yet. Between these Insect Shield pants and his Insect Shield hat, he has been well-protected. He has recommended these pants to his fellow YCC members and I have recommended them to several friends.
Thank you, STP!

Very happy with these pants.
