I have other sub freezing boots but they are too heavy to cut wood and do other outside work.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: An eyelet broke on the 3rd day of use. Hopefully this was just a bad pair & not the norm for these. I ordered another pair & will find out soon. My fiance works outdoors most of the time & couldn't find boots to keep his feet warm until these. They are comfortable & keep his feet warm all day.
