It's just a liner. No rocket science. Better than a nylon stocking on your head, for sure.

Fits great under the helmet--I hardly feel it there. It would be nice to have a closer fit around the ears.

Comments:
I purchased for use under my motorcycle helmet on cool mornings, as well as for my cycling. It works great for both. Went back and purchased a handful more for friends as cool little gifts. Great liner for the fall and spring. Thin enough to fit under motorcycle and bicycle helmet. Dont let it hit your muffler though , it melts fast.

Comments:
This is a great light weight helmet liner. It is not too thick and fits easily under helmet. I use for rides when temperature is in the range of 40 to 55 deg F. Breathes well. Nothing fancy, nice thing to have.
