I haven't used it much, but it seems warm yet breathable.

Rough, tough and great styling! By Saxena the traveler from London, England on 09/03/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Extreme Conditions, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent jacket. I used this last weekend in the hills of Assynt in Scotland and have to say this protected me from the elements very very well. Come wind or rain or thundershowers - my torso did not feel a thing. It's lightweight but pretty warm, so you wont need more than one layer underneath (unless you're taking a walk in Greenland). The hood can be adjusted, which is great. The insulation inside the sleeves makes it a bit tough to push your arms through, esp. if you're wearing another warm layer underneath - but that's nothing when you compare it with all the other benefits this jacket brings.
Great jacket at any price By George the poser from Belleville, NJ on 08/27/2009 Pros: Durable, Warm, Windproof Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The Scorpion jacket is similar to the Arcteryx Stingray jacket, which I've owned for years. I saw the Scorpion on sale for a little over[$]and would have been happy to pay that price, but I put a coupon to use and got it for a little over[$] XMas came early for me. Thank you. You guys rock!!!
i can't wait to really use it By up north rat from northern michigan on 08/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Warm, Windproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Extreme Conditions, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The first thing that jumped out the first time i tried this jacket on was that it was comfortable in the neck when fully zipped up. I wear a small usually, and arcteryx (in most of their products) is one brand that seems to have a neck that wont choke me when i zip it up (i hate jackets that don't have room allowance in the neck for size small wearers - it is my BIGGEST pet peeve). the color, material, and design seem awesome. i can't wait to get full use out this jacket!!
