By trail whale from Middletown NY on 10/20/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Stable Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are great for trail running, on REAL TRAILS, not carriage roads and gravel walkways. I run with them on the Appalachian Trail, and they keep my feet planted solid on all of the rocks and roots. They have tons of control and are very stable even running rocky downhills. They give you confidence to go faster. The only complaint I have is that they are a tad heavy.

Light enough you forget you're wearing shoes after 1/4 mile.
