I wear it to my highly aerobic workouts as well as Pilates, Zumba and Yoga classes and the shoe offers great stability and comfort that I didn't have in my previous shoe. An excellent shoe at a great price.

My usual shoe size is 6 1/2. I purchased this shoe 1/2 size larger to accommodate athletic socks. Even wearing thin socks the shoe is too snug. I have worn (and still wear) other New Balance shoes size 6 1/2 and size 7 and have not had this problem. A comment "runs small" with shoe description would have been helpful.

It required me to run in place, lunges, jump in place, etc. and my other shoes didn't give me enough stability/control. I put these shoes on and have used them almost everyday for the last two weeks with great results. They were a little stiff at first, but offered me the support and control I needed.

The shoes fit well, look attractive, provide excellent support and stability. They aren't lightweight though. But I'm quite pleased.
