It's very light weight and keeps its shape. The handles don't drag on the ground when the shoulder strap is used. I like that it zips closed for security.

They are well thought out, practical, excellent materials used, great construction, and has many uses! I use this particular tote as a pocketbook. It definitely fits alot of things, including a magazine size reading material.
By indyoes from Greensburg, IN on 10/01/2009 Pros: Sturdy, Stylish, Well Made Best Uses: Commuting, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased this bag as a travel project bag for knitting. It's perfect for that. The bag well made and is slightly padded which helps prevent damage to whatever you are carrying. The zipper top works well zipped closed or can be left open by folding the lid down into the bag. Makes it nice to carry taller items. Since this bag is a bit weighty on its own it would be heavy for city shopping and too small for most trips but it works great for my purposes.
