Excellent bag if your laptop fits! By Teacher from Tri-Cities, WA on 10/29/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight, Quality Construction, Secure Design, Well Organized Inside Best Uses: Daily Commuting, Important Documents, Staying Organized, Traveling Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Im a teacher, and wanted this bag to carry my laptop, books, and papers. The design is nice, the quality seems excellent, and space is generous except fot the laptop sleeve which is too tight to zip closed with my Dell Lattitude D830 laptop. It will be relegated to my personal laptop carry bag for travel.

Too small for 17" laptops By Sauce from Indiana on 10/06/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight, Quality Construction, Secure Design Best Uses: Daily Commuting Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The description indicates the bag will hold up to a 17" laptop, but the Toshiba I got my wife will not fit in the laptop sleeve. It will fit in the unzippered compartment, which means we now need to buy a sleeve to go in the bag. I measured the laptop and compared to those listed by the manufacturer, . I should have had about .6 inches left over, but the measurements are for the bag, not the sleeve. Use caution when buying online. The sleeve size should really be included in the specs. The bag is sturdy and comfortable, and relatively low-key (we got black). I would buy another if I had a smaller computer.
By Idyll B from Idyllwild, CA on 09/14/2009 Pros: Adequate Capacity, Attractive Design, Lightweight, Quality Construction, Secure Design, Well Organized Inside Best Uses: Daily Commuting, Important Documents, Staying Organized, Traveling Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As a school administrator I use the bag for carrying papers and my laptop. We're in a mountainous town so the lumbar strap and padded shoulder strap makes this bag super comfy to carry around campus when the bag is loaded. The material is great for a variety of weather conditions too. It is an attractive bag that is extremely functional. I love it.
By travelpro from new york on 09/13/2009 Pros: Adequate Capacity, Fits well under seat, Lightweight, Quality Construction, Well Organized Inside Cons: No attachment for roller, Waist belt not needed Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Used for air travel has enough room for 15 inch lap top and a few essentials.
The padded compartment keeps it from getting banged up with space between computer and bottom of bag.
