The rubber grips on the inside of the cuffs keep pant legs in place during vigorous workouts. Definitely a keeper!

They offer very little muscular support and lack one of those nice wide, flat waistband like (at least in my opinion) all running tights should have. I did like the ventilated mesh, but not enough to hold onto these flimsy-feeling running capris.

I didn't use the flat pockets yet but I think they'll be great - I wish more workout tights had some kind of pocket. The one feature I'm not yet sure about is the rubber inside the bottom cuff. Not everyone will like that and it may get annoying.
