By Radio63 from Crosstimbers on 11/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Stable, Understated good looks Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these as a casual shoe, and I'm happy with them for this use. As a runner, I wouldn't run in these shoes: too little support and cushioning. As a hiker, I wouldn't hike in these shoes: too little stability and foot protection. But for everyday, they work and look great. I recommend buying New Balance 1/2 size larger than street shoes or 1/2 size smaller than other running shoes.
By Lounge Pirate from New Mexico on 11/10/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They seem to run a little big, which is noticeable in everyday use but the little extra room is okay for running. They are pretty light weight and comfortable. The shoes have a big tongue. Haven't had them long enough to know about the durability. Overall a good shoe for the price.
