By Big Red from Archdale, NC on 10/30/2008 Pros: Comfortable, High Quality Cons: Falls Too Low Below The Waist Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These are nice quality pants. They are comfortable, look nice, and fit well overall. However, I purchased 2 pairs of these pants and had to return both. The waist fits well except for the height. If you like pants that fall well below your belly button then these are for you. If you are aiming for the plummer look then these are for you, as they are sure to ride down to expose your crack if you cycle hard.
By bikeguy from Port Townsend on 09/22/2008 Cons: Falls Too Low Below The Waist Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Order up at least one size, and even then they slide down your butt.
Great for morning commute By Matt from Indianapolis on 06/02/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Stain Resistant, Stylish Best Uses: cool mornings on the bike Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great garment for my morning bike ride to work - a little cooler than full riding tights, but warmer than shorts. Sizing was a little tight in the thighs and the waist just a tad loose, but can be tightened with the drawcord. [I'm 6'-2" and 170# and ordered the large]. Length was where I expected just below the knees. Padding is adequate for morning commute. Only had the knickers a couple of weeks - no long-term quality review yet.
By Sam from Kansas City, MO on 05/24/2008 Cons: Falls Too Low Below The Waist Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: They fit so bad, I had to return them. Can you say union moon?
By Dweller from La Conner on 05/13/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual, Classic Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I find that the fit is much better if I really stretch them right out of the washer. The waist does creep in back as you ride, but I like the lower than usual waist of these riding pants.
For the price, a good utility knicker By Walt from West Chester, Ohio on 05/11/2008 Pros: Good cold weather knicker Cons: Falls Too Low Below The Waist, somewhat bulky Best Uses: Cold weather riding Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Glad I read a previous rating. I normally buy medium, but even the large is snug and almost too short. (5'-11", 165lb)
By Bikeboy from Sacramento on 05/07/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality Cons: Falls Too Low Below The Waist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are designed for cool weather. I have to tuck in my jersey to keep my low back covered- seems like a design flaw
