Comfy, Stylin' and Oh! the Grip! By Mountain Man Dan from Houghton, MI on 10/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Great Traction Cons: Not Water Resistant, Stiff Best Uses: Backcountry, Day hikes, Everyday Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Broke these babies in fresh out of the box with a hard 5 mile technical run. They were a bit stiff but handled all of the terrain very well. Since then they have been out with me on all of my trail runs and even a few hikes. The all-mesh upper breathes well, but isn't waterproof. The soles have insanely grippy rubber and I have not yet slipped unexpectedly, even on wet and mossy rock. Can't beat the orange. It's not as bright as it looks in the picture, a lot darker and more subdued than expected. These seem like a great buy for [$] on STP! I am excited to put a lot more miles on them...
Light, comfort, good deal @ [$] By DenverDoug from Dumbver, CO on 10/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stable Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice neutral shoe. Lightweight for a trail focused shoe. I've mainly used for about six or so trail runs at about 4 miles. Also, one short road event at 3 miles. So far, so good!

By christcx from Alamo, CA on 10/01/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Day hikes, Everyday Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Usually I buy Asics for comfort and durability, but so far the traction and aggressive sole make this a great shoe. This shoe breathes very well, better than any other running shoe I've had. The color really is orange, just like the picture.
