By Buddhaauthor from Los Angeles on 08/15/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Running/Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Glad to see "Backpacking" as a best use because that's exactly what I did with these the first time I wore them. Climbed Mt. San Jacinto in them and they were superb. Entirely comfortable and cool on a hot day. No chafing at all. And--without being too graphic--you wear them without underwear as they have a strong inner layer. They seem like they'd be great in the water, too.
By gorgeguy from Portland, OR on 07/13/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Getting attention, Running/Hiking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I tried to like the color, but as another reviewer stated, it is too rich of a color/texture. The fit is good and they ae a tad longer than most running shorts I've seen (which is a good thing for me).
