Fine quality for the price By LK from Durham, NC on 11/09/2009 Pros: Good Depth, Stay Put Best Uses: Active Dogs, Larger Dogs Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This dog bowl seems to work fine. My dog keeps it in her pack when we go backpacking. I would prefer something more compact if it were to be stored in my purse. It is waterproof so far.
By Meg's Human from SF BAy Area, CA on 10/14/2009 Pros: Easy to Clean, Easy To Drink From, Good Depth, Good Height Best Uses: Outdoors, Puppies, Smaller Dogs Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This size works well for puppies or small dogs. Holds about 1-1 1/2 cups I'd say. Might be too small once she grows up. But at this size it is perfect to take along - scrunches up small when empty and holds either water or food easily for her to take from. Since we're outdoors using it anyway no problem with it moving around (slipping). Saw it for much higher price in the stores. Great value for the price [...]
Dog travel bowel works well By Trail junkie from Washington state on 10/08/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Easy to Clean, Easy To Drink From, Good Depth, Good Height Best Uses: Active Dogs, Smaller Dogs Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We just returned from a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail and used this bowl for the dog's food. It rolls up to nearly nothing and weights even less. It made feeding the dog easy and we didn't have to worry about spilled food attracting animals. What he didn't finish we rolled up in the bowl,(dry food) and secured it with a rubber band for the next feeding. When we returned yesterday I put it in the washing machine.
Spiffy bowl a little too mushy By Eamonn from The Cape on 10/05/2009 Pros: Good Depth, Good Height Cons: Not Durable, Slides Around Best Uses: Active Dogs, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This travel bowl replaces a similar 10 year old bowl that has been in my truck for the same 10 years. This bowl looked of similar quality, but is actually very cheaply made. It even smells of low-grade plastic, and my dog doesn't like it either.

By kerrydd from Stony Point, NY on 08/31/2009 Pros: Easily Cleaned, Easy To Assemble, Good Construction, Lightweight, Stows Easily Describe Yourself: Long-Time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I used this yesterday for the first time, taking my puppy into town. I carried a bottle of water and wadded this bowl up in my bag. It has a latch, too, so I could have hung it on a belt loop or something. It worked great! And I just stuffed it back in my bag when she was done drinking, then aired it out at home to dry. I'll be using it regularly!
