Would still have been too much width on muzzle, if size had worked. Better for medium or large dogs.

But I went to the Spiffy Dog website and they had a nice drawing that helped me figure out how it works. It is like another brands Gentle Leader but works better. The leash hooks on the front of the head so the dog can not pull foreward. It works well and the dog tolerates it. Easy to put on.
