Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought the jacket just to be more visible. It's definitely bright enough to be what I wanted. I usually wear women's size 6 or 8 and the men's small fits me well too...including the sleeves are long enough.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this jacket because it was an inexpensive high visibility jacket. Order one size larger than you normally wear. There are no vents and it does not breath well, it's like wearing a bright green garbage bag!

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is what I expected. The one disappointment is that at high speed the garment, in particular the baggy sleeves, ruffles in the wind and makes a lot of noise, and is therefore not so aerodynamic. This is a good thing though, in winter when you might need to put some bulky layer under it.

I bought this mostly for the visibility factor. I'm a commuter cyclist, and I ride at night a lot. Men's Medium fits my frame and arms very well, I'm tall and have long arms.
I haven't gotten the chance to test it against weather yet. It's good a stopping wind though.
