The first time I used the product was in a dense fog. It lived up to the products description and as the fog burned off it was compact enough to store in my cycling shirt's back pocket.

I bought two and each one came with Biovent and the other Windshear material. Based on my experiences, the BioVent was superior to the Windshear material in breathability! I wish that I had gotten two in BioVent!
