I am going to try a S to see if it will fit (size 4-6). The fabric is really thin, so I hope it will be sturdy enough to not tear if I catch it on a branch or thorny bush. I work as a naturalist outdoors. They are supposed to be "everywhere" shorts so we'll see - lol :) I like the color, the pockets, the length, the fact that it's at my waist, and the fact that it has some stretch to it. :) Sometimes, I like to do yoga in whatever I happen to be wearing that day, and I want all my clothes to be able to stretch when I'm stretching. :)

Comfy - maybe runs a little big? I got the small (4-6), my usual size and they are quite loose. I kept them but they definitely ride below my waist. My waist is not particularly well-defined so I am more apt to have problem with garment waists being too small rather than too big.
So, go figure - another reviewer thought that they ran small and still another thought they had a small waist to hip ratio - and I think the opposite in both cases!
Fabric is very light and soft and sort of fluttery. Very comfortable. I would define the color as more blue than purple. Longer length is nice.

I will get a lot of use from these. A touch of elastic in the waist might have improved them.

I have larger hips and a smaller waist and this fits really nice without all the gaping. I LOVE the fabric - it's really flattering and modern looking. These are my favorite shorts so far this spring.
