The inseam is perfect for moderate to vigorous running.
The only con is the placement of the inside pocket (usually where I put my car key). Where it is placed interferes with leg flexion every time you take a stride. I had to cut it out, and now use a shoe-pocket. Still, for the price these shorts are an outstanding value.

I sent them back and wasn't able to get a bigger size.
