However, the beading and lace inserts make it too fancy and nightime for everyday/casual, and the denim and design are too casual for a special event. I thought the lace & beading made it look a little cheap, and the overall design looks dated.

The hem has a nice flare. Very comfortable fit. Lighter weight fabric than I expected but soft next to the skin.
