No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I use these shoes for working out in the gym. I found them to be a good fit, but there is not much cushioning or support. I would not recommend them to someone who needs either of these features.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I save these shoes for my areobic workouts and I don't allow them out of the cage for any other reason. They are that good. They offer perfect support throughout some tough moves and they are reserved for the hard stuff.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My dogs keep me stomping the trail and the sidewalk and these shoes make it a joy to get me moving. Nice support for my arches and heels. Roll bar takes some getting used to but overall, I'm really glad got these.
I buy NB because they're narrow
