Not good for running or activities where support is needed. Good for hiking, but need a vest or thicker or loose fitting shirt if showthrough is an issue for you. Very comfortable for taking it easy!

Not super supportive or flattering but it feels great on (material is very nice). I wear size 32B-C and small to medium for shirts. Order medium and it fits well. Material is stretchy for bigger sizes though.
