By Morgan from Atlanta on 08/08/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The shoes are great, my second pair. They offer good cushioning and pretty good support. They do not breath very well, but I have "hot" feet, so I may not be the best judge. They run slightly wide. I usually wear a 12 2E in all New Balance for all of my athletic shoes, and these run wide in the 12 D.

good shoe, maybe expectations too high? By ET from Upstate NY on 06/16/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Traction, Reasonably well cushioned Cons: Less padded in forefoot Best Uses: Pavement, Tennis Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these shoes because of the descriptions of the terrific padding. My achy old knees appreciate every little shock-absorber they can get, especially playing for an hour or two on hard courts. The heel padding is great, but the padding in front, under the ball of the foot, isn't as coddling. Not bad, mind you, and a step up from my old Prince hardcourt shoes, but just not up to the level set by the heel padding. The toe box is somewhere between comfortably spacious and 1/2 size too large. I really have to crank the laces down to stay snug. Seem very breathable. After only a couple playings, I like them, they are comfortable, maybe not quite the spectacular cushioning I was expecting, but pretty good overall. I'd recommend them, though I might splurge for a gel-padded insole to really coddle myself. Luckily there is probably enough room to fit one in without a squeeze.
