I am one of those people who always feels cold. It keeps me warm and I love the color. On colder days (below 50... I live in Nor Cal), I can layer it with a quilted jacket. I've machine washed it on gentle and it comes out looking brand new.

By Love to ski from Cleveland, OH on 11/24/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Skiing/Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The size descriptions were misleading at first. I ordered this vest initially in size Medium(8-10), which is my typical letter size. But measurements in inches would have been more helpful, as this vest fits very slim. I exchanged it for a Large, which fits fine.
Otherwise, the color is lovely (best suited for cool skin tones), the nylon weave feels nearly like silk, it's lightweight yet warm.
The only thing I could wish for is an interior drawcord at the waist.
One of the best winter pieces I own By Arzu from Seattle, WA on 11/20/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This vest is the ultimate layering piece, and it looks GOOOOOD while keeping me toasty. It's lightweight, and fits beautifully. when zipped, it has a very sexy (for a down vest!) silhouette, not at all boxy like some.
