Great for skiing with the liner in, spring skiing without the liner and a nice all around wind/rain jacket as well. My daughter loves the color and it looks really cute on.

The colors are beautiful, the cut is stylish, and it's incredibly warm and durable. It's waterproof as well. And what a great price!!

Rain coat, fleece, hide-away attached hood, adjustable cuffs--this one has it all! As always with Columbia products, the detailing is exceptional: the liner zipper has a protective cover at the collar so as not to scratch your child's face; there is a velcro attachment at the neck-tag to keep the two separates together when worn as 1; and snaps at the cuffs for similar reasons. We have found, in general, that Columbia products tend to run a little small, and we always order a size up--so please take this into consideration when (if) you order. Oh, and above all--my daughter loves it!

MOSTLY BECAUSE IT HAS AN INNER JACKET THAT YOU CAN UNZIP & WEAR ALONE IF YOU NEED A LIGHTER JACKET. IT MAKES A WONDERFUL RAINCOAT. THE HIDE AWAY HOOD IS GREAT ALSO!!
