Loose around the neck. Single back pocket is a bit of a disadvantage, but in summer don't want to be carrying much anyway.

The fit is great. The underarm holes were just right - not too tight and not so loose enough that you're compelled to wear a substantial sports bra under it. The material doesn't chafe even in warm humid weather. The length is also just right in that it covers the top of your bike shorts when riding, but doesn't bind on your hips when running. I like the V-neckline and the fit of the top is quite flattering.

It is exactly what I was looking for, cool, loose fitting, no elastic at the waist and just the right length, usually I have tons of material bunched on my hips, but this jersey sits just at my hips and allows air flow, I couldn't be happier. I definitely plan to get more.
