Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's almost perfect gloves for mountain biking unless you want ventilated and palm padded road glove.
It doesn't have palm palm pad but it's plus for rough mountain biking providing better grip.
NOTE: I usually wear small or medium gloves, but large sidewinder fits my hand.
