Before I bought this, I read reviews here. One mentioned that this item was not true to size. I wear a women's size XL w/ larger bust size, which according to Size Chart, would be a women's size 46-48. The review I read suggested buying men's suit due to women's shorter length, making it way too confining. It said women's sizes were about 1-2 sizes too small, so I ordered men's size 52 and it fits perfect, so adjust your size accordingly.
