I live in the south and I rarely need a heavy thick top for a long run and this is perfect. I wear an 8 and there is plenty of room in the medium top. Someone on the border of the size groups might want to size down. I could have worn a small but liked the color (light purple) and top so much that I didnt' want to exchange.

Great to wear around town too, cut very nicely for ladies!

It is perfect for running outside in the spring or fall. It might be too warm to wear in the summer but it's long sleeves would protect from the sun. Simply a great shirt.
