I prefer my tanks to be longer for that reason.
I thought it would soften after a wash but it didn't. It feels like some rough polyester from the 70's.
I love the colors and the side zip pockets are a great idea. Just wish it were longer.

Transparent, and you need to wear a bra under it. The shelf bra that comes with it offers no support and minimal coverage

Material is see through - you see the outline of the "bra" that is sewn in - a bra that isn't sufficient for anyone with a chest. I loved the idea of this shirt, but the reality of it was very disappointing.

The yellow fabric is see-through, so the opaque bra panels are visible. It is not flattering at all. That's generally not the point of a tri top, and this top does is other jobs of wicking moisture and fitting in multiple sports just fine.
