Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are fine, but I would prefer a longer length. Typical ride for me is 30-40 miles. I have three pair, and they all have a different liner and padding. This one is fine. I have one with gel which is too much.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was disappointed in the comfort during a long (50 mile) ride. Although the padding was contoured...the stitching was such that it became irritating. On a shorter ride these may be better.
