It is a compression bra. A's and B's can probably use it for anything but C's will need a little more support for high impact sports. Very Comfortable. Well made.

"Better judged when it's covered" By Jules from Ossining,NY on 07/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Snug Fit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Although it seemed comfortable when I tried it on, I am sending it back because the zipper pull sticks out when you put a shirt over it. Looks very silly! Might be OK under layers but this does not suit my purposes.
