Good for winter hikes under a shell, wearing to the coffee shop, travel, or what ever. I have one that is 4 years old and it washes well. Sort of the modern take on a sweatshirt.

That's my black Neve under the Resolute parka.) and it has become my all time favorite "fleece" zip pullover. Unlike some better-known pullovers of this type, the fabric is fantastic, featuring a very tightly looped and ribbed weave. This weave allows the shirt to conform to your movements.
With a lightweight thermal undershirt and a Canada Goose Resolute parka, the Cloudveil Neve kept me warm and cozy in temperatures ranging from -10 to +10 Fahrenheit on the streets of Anchorage and later on the frigid shores of Kachemak Bay.
Only two cons... and these may not apply to you. 1. I felt that the medium (I should always go for the large) was an inch or two short. But then I have a large chest for my height. 2. A small area of the bottom hem stitching came unraveled after about 10 wearings and gentle washings.. No big deal -- I know how to use a sewing machine -- but still bothersome.
Overall, an excellent pullover, supremely comfortable, and not just for Alaska, but for
anywhere from California to Maine that gets a bit chilly.
