No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I am usually a Travel Smith fan, but this dress really shook me confidence in their design/selection criteria. While I do not necessarily need its "slimming" effects (I wear a size 4-6), I expected the dress to be casually elegant as presented in the photo. Instead, it make me look like a tree trunk! What a disappointment!

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a comfy, practical dress for any occasion. It does feel a little big, though the underlayer is tight and keeps riding up. I think I'll just cut it because it's very annoying and ends up on my waist the whole time. The length is ok, but only because I'm 5-1". I suppose that for a "normal" person it will feel short.
Makes me look at least a size BIGGER.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this in a petite/small; I'm 5'2" and a size 6. It is HUGE. The inner lining fits snugly, but the dress itself is huge and makes me look like I stole it off of some much larger person. Instead of making me look a size smaller, it makes me look about two sizes BIGGER.
