I got the 16, since I have a hard time wearing button-down tops due to bust size (but I don't wear a 16 in anything else). It fits great there, but the shoulders are a little large and sleeves are a little long. But, since it has the roll-up sleeves with button tabs, that's not a big deal. Comes down to the knee. Beautiful caramel color will go with a lot of things.

It served well for a recent trip.
It did wrinkle after all day wear.

simple, classic wardrobe staple By the bargain shopper from Cleveland, OH on 07/26/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Work Days, Leisure Wear, On a Date, To Work Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Career, Casual, Classic, Sexy Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great wardrobe staple. You could wear this through spring, summer, and fall, although it would need layers for the fall because the fabric is more a summer fabric. I like the look and the quality, and the size was right. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a collar button or a button below the collar. It just opens up itnto a wide "V" collar.
