Even better than pictured! Although comfort driven, I also like to look stylish. This dress has both comfort and a classic style. I had to shorten it a few inches since I'm five foot six but don't consider that a negative.

Excellent for mature woman looking for something that is almost impossible to find now: modest coverage that is attractive and comes in sizes under 14. Why is it assumed that older women are all horse-sized????

I got this for my son's bar mitzva and will wear it to a summer wedding -- it's a bit too long for office wear. Dresses up nicely with jewelry but not too fancy for regular use.

Good quality for the price though. As usual, Orvis always has a conservative neckline and lots of length.

The colors run more green purple than blue. The fabric feels soft. What I like best about this dress is that it is so easy to wear. No fuss. There's a long side zip but you can just pull it down over your head. I will use it in summer, so I don't have to pick green-purple tops to match it. I like the long length. I would like it even more if it came in an off- white.
