By Super Skier from Hood River, OR on 12/18/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This looked like a wonderful dress until I tried it on. The shoulder area was way too narrow and not cut in a proper proportion to the rest of the dress. The fabric and style are great but the way it's made simply makes it unwearable.

By GingerBread from Orlando, FL on 08/10/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Best Uses: Leisure Wear, To School, To Work Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Trendy Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This dress was a super steal. I could not have sewn it for this price and it even looks good on. The greatest thing about the dress is its simplicity and the fact that you can dress it up with jewlery, belts, shoes and make it a different look each time. Very versatile.
Great template dress if you sew!!! By amity from bloomington, indiana on 08/05/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Unique vintage Cons: Poor Fit, Wrinkles Easily Best Uses: Casual Work Days, Cocktail Party, Leisure Wear, On a Date, To School, To Work Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Eclectic, Sexy, Trendy, Vintage Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Based on the reviews and picture, I could tell the dress was going to fit like a robe and it did. But based on the style and price, the reviews and bulky look didn't matter. I ordered it planning to tailor it to a slim, fine fit, because the dress design itself is fantastic: textured polka dots, smart shirt dress design, femininity, cute but subtle ruffles, very vintage and unique. I love the 3/4 sleeves with an open elbow, and I have taken the skirt in almost 20 inches (lots of room, ladies!) to a smart pencil style, darted the bust, and fitted the waist (I am a 4/6 and ordered the small). It took about an hour to do, and for the cheap price and unique look, this dress is very worth it. It is a great template for a unique look and fixer uppers can be fun. I LOVE my new dress!!!
Much too sheer and revealing. By Artist from Frederick, MD on 07/27/2008 Cons: Poor Fit, Wrinkles Easily Best Uses: Wouldn't wear it in publi Describe Yourself: Classic Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Only a truly opaque, full slip could make this wearable in public. I have therefore returned it.
Just too much fabric all around. By Berri from New York City on 07/16/2008 Best Uses: Comfort-Oriented, On a Date, On The Weekend, To School, To Work Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Eclectic Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm always on the lookout for cotton shirt dresses. When I spotted this one I was was pleased with the price as well as the picture. Unfortunately the dress is unflattering because of too much fabric. It fit me more like a robe than a dress and I bought a small. I'm 5'7 and it still overwhelmed my frame. The quality of the cotton is wonderful and I'm sorry to have to return it.
