It was a "second", but I didn't see any flaws. I bought it for an upcoming missions trip to Haiti but have already worn it several times. It's very flattering, cool in hot weather. It was a bit shorter than I expected--hits me mid-thigh but I'm tall and long-waisted. Overall a great dress.
